Valentine's Day Articulation Resources (Plus Giveaway!)

Valentine's Day is right around the corner! I love chocolates, roses, teddy bears, and all the cute stuff that goes along with this sweet holiday. Truthfully, I'm a sucker for any and all holidays... gotta love a reason to celebrate! I love using themed materials and I use sweet themed items throughout the entire month of February.. with a dash of President's Day, winter, and Groundhog's Day mixed in!

It's been nearly a year since my last blog giveaway, so I thought I was long overdue! I miss my little blog and plan on giving it much more attention in the new year! Let's get the ball rolling with a fun Valentine's Day contest!

If you're familiar with my blog, then you know that I love color, cut, and glue activities. They're the perfect way to keep students engaged as they wait for their turn to practice. I love that it keeps them busy enough that they can also hear their classmates practice too! There's lots of modeling going down in the speech room!

Valentine's Articulation: Early Developing Sounds
Seriously?! How precious is this clip art! I can't wait to bust out this packet again this year! If you have never used cut and paste activities, here's the rundown: students color everything on their page, then cut out their target articulation words, then glue them around or on the main picture on the top half of the page. These activities truly keep students engaged even when they're not participating in repetitive drills. I even give my students the option to continue practicing while they wait to work with me again... some kids do, but some kids take a little break! I'm cool with that, because I make my students practice their words 20 times each time they have a turn. :) Here's a little peek at what the pages look like:

These activities are completely NO PREP! That means that the only thing you have to do is look at the table of contents to find the pages you want then print! February is always a pretty busy month for me, as many students are finishing up RTI and need to be referred. I couldn't live without no prep options! For real. Both of these packets feature six pages in the initial position and six pages in the final position. That ensures that you have many options for years to come! Here's a peek at the later developing sounds packet:
My students really enjoy these activities. They're very craft-like! My students are proud to leave my room with a finished product that they can show their families and it's something they can use for additional practice at home! These packets are also part of a 514 page bundle! You can also find all of my Valentine's Day goodies here

If you want to enter to win these packets (200+ pages of activities!) just enter using the rafflecopter below!
