Speech and Language Lesson Plans for February!

A Slice of Speech is back for 2018! If you're not familiar with this little blog series of mine, each month I like to provide some visual lesson plans. This will give you a little "slice" of my speech world! It may also make your planning just a little bit easier. You just download the lessons and click on each picture. This will take you to each resource instantly!
I've always loved therapy in February, because it means that winter is winding down and spring break is around the corner haha! I start to pack up my snowmen and penguins and jump into a brand new theme - Valentine's Day. I've created so many Valentine's Day resources over the years and I'm excited to finally have many of them all organized into a visual lesson plan!
In articulation, I love using a wide-array of resources! These range from crafts to game boards! I love activities that incorporate fine motor skills. My February Interactive Articulation Notebooks are super engaging and also features year round activities if you're not into a Valentine's Day theme! Interactive Notebooks have been an absolute game changer for me. I use them with articulation and language students. I went ahead and even made a Super Mega Bundle for those who are interested in a year's worth of articulation AND language notebooks!

In fluency, Fluency In a Snap is my go-to every month. There are also some pages in February's A Dab of Speech and Language and February's Speech Therapy crafts also features pages for easy onsets and light contacts. The February craft packet is so versatile - each craft can be used with your entire caseload! Crafts are great for seasonal door decor or bulletin boards! If you want something festive each month check out the growing bundle!
I love using my Valentine's Day Language Bundle every February! It has me covered all month long! The Day It Rained Hearts by Felicia Bond is my absolute favorite book! I also like to switch things up with Literature Flip Books too!

You can download my visual lesson plans by clicking HERE! Remember, just click on any item that you think will make your life easier and it'll take you straight to it! I hope these are helpful!

Also, if you still want to incorporate some winter fun into your speech room check out my post about a Yeti theme!

What resources do you like to use in February? Leave a comment and let me know! I'm always looking to grow my collection! :)

Thank you for stopping by! Have a wonderful February!
